Its 2:36am here. I woke up because Jordan wasn't in the bed. His watching the tv show we have been watching now Im going to have to try catch up not impressed.

The flock was attacked last night. It was the Bantam Batchelor coop and whatever it is took one of the Red Pyle OEGBs. It's not that big of a loss, but I'd rather it not happen again.

The Batchelor coop wasn't completely finished, so we put up double layered chicken wire, it's was that or nothing until we could get hardware cloth which will be picked up tomorrow.

Its not washington unless it's 50 degrees and snowing for the first time months after winter has hit.... Blizzard has decided his namesake is awful and he doesnt want it AND lemon is using this as an excuse to retry brooding while everyone's hiding outside the coop. Our polish are tiny so I was kinda worried. But their feathers seem well oiled and theyre keeping their heads out of the rain for now

Lemon going broody while its cold outside she has the right idea. That would be me lol.
