Flock/Life Journey's 2019

I’m getting quite sick of having big chickens... I miss my flock of only bantams. Big chickens just don’t flow with me as easily as my bantams do. I love all chickens, but bantams hold a special place in my heart! ❤️

You can always start another flock hun. You just might have to rehome some if your mum thinks so.

Bantams hold a special place in my heart too. Even though they aren't bantams, I am glad I will be able to have button quail which I guess are like bantam quail.

LO just finished crying from the printer turning on.

DH is taking a nap.

Waiting for him to wake up so we can decide what to have for a (late) dinner.

Yesterday my car's front tire was stuck in a piece of ice. Shoveling didn't work, so 2 other people helped me push the car and drive it out of the ice. That was almost an hour after DS' clinic appointment, so it got rescheduled once again, to Monday.

Not-so-good news:
My coop build has been canceled until further notice :hit My uncle isn’t going to be able to build it as his arthritis is getting worse each day. He’s also having leg problems again. :hmm Something I was looking forward to... gone. Cancelled. I should be used to it by now. But I really wanted a larger coop for my birds. :( Maybe next time...

Arthritis is a sucky thing to have :hmm Hope he's feeling better soon~
Sorry to hear about your coop too, Is there any chance you can build a coop yourself? Or maybe hire someone else to do it?
Thank you, I hope so, too. No, I don’t think I could build it. I probably couldn’t put legos together :gig I could hire someone, but it’s always so pricey. I could always try too I guess

Well I've narrowed the leak down to 150' section. But with the rain, one has no idea where to dig.

I need one of these! I want the 4x4 one. We went to get one ended up with a dirt bike instead.

It doesn't go fast, but it goes pretty much wherever I want it too. It's rated for a little over 500 Kilos, but I've doubled that and its taken it up steep hills just fine. When my tractor guy quoted me the price to move six dump trucks worth of sawdust into my new greenhouse I told him that was steep and I would help him. He agreed that if I actually helped he'd drop the price. He loaded the bed and I drove it up the hill and then wold dump it in the greenhouse. He'd grab a bucket full and follow me up. When we were done, he cut the price in half, told me his uncle had one (different brand) and it wouldn't climb hills like mine, especially with a full load.
