I didn't even think to maybe cross out the date but anyways. Shes ordered more eggs so thats a bonus but I have sooo many people wanting my eggs now. I can't keep up.

No, not now..I think next year I will get a Barred Rock and another EE.. and that would complete all my desired breeds

Yes, and she is starting to breed Blue Lace Wyandottes and Speckled Sussex... so, if I wanted.. I could get some from her..

My chickens are overweight how do I know? They look like walking basketballs and I ran out of their food 10 days early. I have four chickens and 4 Guineas. The usually go through 35 pounds of pellets a month along with 5 pounds off high protein soldier fly worms, throw in some sunflower seeds 5 pounds, 5 pounds OF special treat white millet. Yep they are pets and I am a bad mom. I don't over feed my service dog ( if I did she would be taken away from me).

They do the cutest things! I love my girls. How many do you have in your flock?

4 chickens and 4 Guineas so everyone (except Shelly and her boyfriend hurbert) gets lots of cuddle, comb and waffle scratch and chest scratch. My head Guniea MAX will call asleep in my lap during a good neck massage

It might be a good idea to cut back on the treats.

I have had one die from fatty liver disease. It is common in some breeds like rocks and australorps

I mostly treat my ladies with vegetables. I sometimes treat them with nuts and rice but thats once a month if that. My ladies aren't over weight but they aren't skinny either. I was worried about mine getting chubby but mine look pretty healthy. I get compliments on my ladies that they have beautiful coloured feathers.
