flock memebrs being werid??!!

My BO has started plucking feathers like it's a normal habit. She has plucked my roosters feathers by his "ears" and bled a couple of times. If a hen is dustbathing she just goes over and tries to pull a feather off of them. idk if she eats them or not. she jumped out of the coop and I picked her to put her back in and she made a weird breathing noise. and then stopped. She also kept very slightly opening and shutting her beak. other than that she's eating and drinking and walking fine. Now my Rooster just started crowing and he's 1yr old. He's had voice cracks in his crow but this time without a normal crow he's crowing weird like instead of full crows and maybe 1 voice crack it's just full-on 5 voice cracks in a row. Idk how to explain it. Are they okay??

and the plucking thing, shes not like bullying picking them, shes literally just walking over to them and tried to pull a feather out and runs off with it.
