I Went out into the run this afternoon to spend some time with my therapy flock (as my wife calls it) and took a few pics. Some of my girls recently started laying and I wanted to share my excitement.

Lol... Me too. The third pic (according to my research) is my Appenzeller Spitzhauben rooster. I think some people refer to them as a polish. I just call him Elvis. Lol

Absolutely. I'm a recovering addict (2 years sober) and since we started raising chickens it has really given me the chance to grow closer to my children. I have a 9 year old daughter and twin 3 year old boys that love to help take care of them.
