Floppy chicken leg/s

Poor Daisey, Poor you, it is not eazy to cull a bird. We have a sick rooster, he is breathing out of his mouth some now. We have him on St John's Wart twice a day. His tail droops, his comb is layed over some and pale. Don't know if this is the first sign of Markes or not. We are just watching and wating for now. He seemed a little better after lunch but time will tell.
My heart goes out to you for culling Miss Daisey.

Our chickens came under a fox attack last week. He killed two of them, we found on Rhode Island red in our neighbors yard hiding in the tall grass. The next day her comb was layed over, tow days later she started limping. She quit eating in about two days and not drinking water. She died in my arms tonight. Do you think the trama caused this. We read to give her yougart , which we did but it did not help/
