As Corid/Amprolium works cutting off the Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) uptake, they might be suffering from vitamin B1 deficiency caused by overlong Amprolium intake.

Did you inspect your coop for poultry mites? As they suck the blood of the roosting chickens at night they can leave them anaemic which can cause neurological symptoms as well.
