You could vaccinate. The whole brood of chicks would have to be vaccinated at 1 day of age and separated from the flock, the longer the better and the further away from the flock of infected birds in an enclosed environment the better.
Before you decide, do some research and reading into vaccinating chicks when you are dealing with Marek's. I never hatch out enough chicks to make it worth my while to vaccinate and the vaccination process for a 1 day old chick is kind of touchy so if you are comfortable doing it, it has to be your decision.
