Hi I'm on the treasure coast. Can't say where exactly since I'm a chicken outlaw. I just got into chickens. I actually think I may have a roo that needs a safe home not sure yet but my she is starting to look like a he. Also looking for local quail people.

Gorgeous pics!Where did you get your blue laced red wyndotte?Did you order from a hatchery? I will be looking for some silver gold and blue laced soon for someone I know.They have also requested seabrites and aracaunas(not easter eggers) and black copper marans.I'm trying to get the list all together so hopefully we can get chicks which are all the same age.

Hi! I'm in Volusia County and am looking to start out with 4-6 hens. We're looking for good layers with sweet dispositions. We'd love to have free-rangers who come into roost at night, so homebodies are preferred. What breeds should I be looking into? Thanks!

What kind of quail are you looking for?

Georgia giant and jumbo coturnix. Sorry I view this from my phone and keyboard is tiny so answer will be short

I'm going to have to rehome one of my roos (possible two more, depending on what hubby and I decide). He's a gorgeous red color, barnyard mix and is sweet as can be. He sits in my lap and eats and then goes to sleep. Hate to get rid of him but we have an over abundance of roos, and he's low man on the totem pole. He is now about 4 months old. Here's his pic, hope someone can find a good home for him!! (The other two would be a blue bantam cochin, and a black bantam cochin if anyone is interested.)

This is good to know!! I just contacted Mark last week about some Black Copper Marans we're picking up next week, but I was unaware that they sell layer feed as well! What kind and how much? I'd LOVE to get it somewhere other than our feed store..almost $20 for 50 lbs of Purina! Is this normal pricing?! Thanks for the info! And I do agree! You have some beautiful birds!
