I need help
i live in volusia county florida and was wondering how many chickens you are allowed to have when livig in volusia county
please i must know
i need help
please answer
You are in the County and not a City, right??
Scroll until you find your zoning code. That is what will determine your ability to have chickens. I believe once you are in R1 and higher (r2, etc) you can't have chickens. That is what the code reads.

Did anyone go to the Dunnellon Swap last weekend? How was it?
I din't go because it was too far. I went to the LCross auction last Friday instead. I spend a week collecting and selecting only the darkest Marans eggs, carefully dating them to show when they were layed. I even printed up a few pics of Wheaten Marans to show what kind for chickens they would turn out to be, and taped them to the outside and inside of the carton. When the auction came around to my stuff, the auctioneer just lifted up the carton and said, "one dozen eggs here" without reading the description on the ticked, without saying they were for hatching or eating or throwing against the neighbors house. They sold for $1.
It was over so fast, I didn't have time to think and bid on my own stuff.
I also took one of my chicken feeders that I make, just to see how it would do. It was the Florida gators version, and it sold for $4.
They cost $16 to make.
I wish Dunnellon wasn't so far away.
Any body know of any auctions around the lee county area I can't seem to find any auctions maybe someone can help
