I'm not sure what you mean about the 250K listings,Redland is definitely my favorite area. Renovations are no problem whatsoever, I'm from a farm state so that would be no issue. Talking about deals, is there anything in this area thats not selling for a crazy amount? The 250k house listings here blew my mind. I don't think they've come back yet![]()
this house has been up for sale for about 3 years (on and off) i have never been inside but it is what i would call a real redlands house.
i pass it almost every day, and i Jones after it all the time but then I am a real lover of old original architecture...

this is one that looks do-able, the mess it shows is actually nowhere near as bad as it looks, it is overpriced though for the lot size and
the amount of renovation, i'd be tempted to offer less...
