FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Redland is definitely my favorite area. Renovations are no problem whatsoever, I'm from a farm state so that would be no issue. Talking about deals, is there anything in this area thats not selling for a crazy amount? The 250k house listings here blew my mind. I don't think they've come back yet :p
I'm not sure what you mean about the 250K listings,

this house has been up for sale for about 3 years (on and off) i have never been inside but it is what i would call a real redlands house.
i pass it almost every day, and i Jones after it all the time but then I am a real lover of old original architecture...

this is one that looks do-able, the mess it shows is actually nowhere near as bad as it looks, it is overpriced though for the lot size and
the amount of renovation, i'd be tempted to offer less...

(by the way i'm not a realtor but i have been involved in real estate for the last 4 years or so, until i bit off an investment in the city of Atlanta
that i am still choking on LOL!! my punishment for loving old original architecture.. )

Can anyone tell me is there a swap this Saturday in Dunnellon I haven't seen any mention of of it yet?

My hubby wants me to get rid of my girls to make room for more quail. I have an australope, a gold laced polish, a buff New Hampshire, and a white one that I'm not sure what she is. They have been raised all naturally. I grow a lot of their food so they will eat just about anything. They are all fairly friendly and not aggressive at all. They are about 6 months old so ready to lay eggs any day now. I will post pics when I can get to a real computer.
Wish you were closer. I would take them.

Thanks for the listings, Ill definitely take a look! As for the 250k listings, right now we are in Doral and some of these house prices are really shocking. I'm from a place where 80k can get you a nice piece of land and a good sized house, so you can only imagine my shock. As nice as those homes are, I don't think wed ever be able to afford a mortgage that big.

Just a reminder of a swap coming up.

This swap is Saturday September 28th.

Crystal River Mall Farm Swap and Westend Market
We will be holding a monthly Farm Swap at the Crystal River Mall on the 4th Saturday near the Office Max main mall entrance on Hwy 19. Our first swap will be on Saturday September 28th. from 9am to 2pm. There is also an indoor Fresh Market – fresh produce and other local food related items, plants as well as arts and crafts (Westend Market) in the old Sears store. We will not be having an outside October Farm Swap as it falls on the same weekend as the Central Florida Breeders Association Double Point Poultry Show at the Citrus County Auditorium in Inverness, FL. The November and December swaps will be held on the 3rd Saturday because of the upcoming holidays. In January we will resume the swaps regularly on the 4th Saturday Monthly. We do ask everyone PLEASE clean up after themselves before leaving the swap area. Please do NOT leave a mess for someone else to clean up. There is a lot of traffic so we are expecting a good turnout.

1801 NW US Hwy.19, Crystal River, FL 34428

I'd love them! How much are you asking? I'm not far either!
