Live Oak is a nice quiet town 1 hr from Jacksonville, Gains ville, Tallahassee, Valdasta GA
Reasonable property prices and we get a real season change.

i have a place in Live oak (well luraville actually), and it is fabulous i may even move there yet, but gotta reach retirement age first LOL!!! probably one of the other few places i'd move to if i left redlands...

I am picking up 24 straight run chicks from her the end of September and would be willing to drive eggs back to Oviedo for you if you wanted to pick them up closer to you if she has any breeds you want.

Crystal River Mall monthly Farm Swap Meet

We will be holding a monthly Farm Swap at the Crystal River Mall on the 4th
Saturday Monthly near Office Max in a parking lot area next to Hwy 19 next to a
main mall entrance next to Office Max. There is a craft farmers market there in
the old Sears store and we will be holding our farm swap at the same time,
which will be normally the 4th Saturday Monthly. Our first swap will be on
Saturday September 28th. from 9am to 2pm. Vendors at 8am. There is a lot of
traffic. We will not be having an October swap as it falls on the same weekend
as the Central Florida Breeders Association Double Point Poultry Show at the
Citrus County Auditorium in Inverness, FL. The November and December
swaps will be held on the 3rd Saturday because of the upcoming holidays. In
January we will resume the swaps regularly on the 4th Saturday Monthly.

I have some show quality GLS eggs if anyone is interested in hatching them. We have 5 under our broody and all showed development at 10 days.

I'm between Tampa and Lakeland, but will be driving to Gainesville tomorrow (Tuesday) if someone wants to meet me on the way along 75.
