FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Ah okay! Do you ever see anyone with call ducks or bob white quail? I may have to stop by!
Sorry, did not see your post. Too cold for me this AM and did yard work when it did warm up. I have seen bob white occasionally. I see ducks but do not know what kind. My friend has ducks, but not call ducks.

Two weeks will be next day, maybe nicer weather!

Oh no problem we have sore throats here so we've been staying in and taking it easy. We may stop by the next one :)

Hello! I'm from Jacksonville! Actually, I've lived in Jax for about a year and a half. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY. I only have 2 hens right now - a brown leghorn and a barred rock - but I'm looking to expand responsibly. I'm looking for orpingtons/wyandottes to add a couple new friends to my mini-flock.

Are you looking for show quality, or is hatchery okay? I know all of the feed stores are gearing up for chick season. Last year Standard Feed downtown had both Buff Orph. and Silver Laced Wyandottes, so I would imagine they would again. They don't have a minimum chick purchase of six like some of the feed stores do. I got four chicks from them last year, they have been very healthy and happy hens, but they are def. not show quality.

Hey Velvet,

I'm up in Crestview.... there's a shop up in baker and an even bigger one out in Milton i hear.... does the whole organic feed thing.

here are some pics of the chicken coop, the outside rune is not done yet, but the wood is in the ground and they will have a outside play area next weekend

This is a 14 foot camper that was not road worthy any more. I stripped it fixed a wall that had water damage fixed the roof, and pulled out the carpet and painted the floor with camper roof paint, I kept the rear bathroom to keep the 30 gallon metal trash can for food and bedding. I an going to run permanent power and water to it ,, I plan on auto waterers and still have to build a few ramps for the chickens , the chicken are only 6 weeks old and should have fun camping

This trailer can not be moved, tongue is to rusted out,, it I hooked my truck to it , I might just pull the trailer apart, but it is what it is ,, might last 20 years as a coop
