FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Will wait to see what you come up with tomorrow then.

Yeah, mixed breeds are fine, but it would be nice to live somewhere where i have the choice but its a small price to pay so I'll stop whining about it

We have a lot of buyers but need more sellers/vendors.

I would send you some eggs but you are so far away. I raise exhibition pure Rhode Island Reds and Rhode Island Whites that I show at poultry shows. I do have some mixes too. Good luck and have fun...

A nice thought thanks - actually my wife is going to Texas in a few months - maybe i should begin looking on the that thread for some eggs!

All the best

Hi, all - sorry this is a bit random, but my chickens were outside on the veranda and i could not resist taking this photo.

This is one of my 5 month old girls and she shares a lot of similarities with the light sussex in the photo above - one of her sisters is in the background. They are a mix of commercial birds and a mix roo. Just shows that there must be some sussex genes in there somewhere!

They are probably offspring of different hens with your rooster. From the pictures they look good and healthy. It looks like they free range. I'll bet they are all very good layers. I like to do some experimental breeding. I have gotten some really pretty mixes too. I had some hatch with similar markings. My grow-out coop with some of my chick mixes. Enjoy and have fun...

It appears you will have some time to make arrangements, again good luck and have fun...

To transport she would need to get a certificate from a vet. I had to fill one out to ship eggs from the US to Canada and since I assume she is flying, I don't think the airlines will let the eggs through without the certificate. Here is the link for it. Good luck. I hope you can get what you want. I love each egg that hatches, it's like a little Christmas present. certificate for poultry or hatching eggs for export
