Oh no! We're coming on hump day and I've had no luck finding ANY of the chickens I like locally, never mind just silkies. I've e-mailed probably like 6 people and have not heard back.

Hi I'm located in Jacksonville, FL. I'm excited to join the Florida Thread. I have 10 Barred Rocks, 3 Buff Orpingtons, and currently have a batch of Black Copper Marans in the incubator.

Ya Carli, we probably have passed each other at some point or another. I'm new to chickens and all this backyard farming.

I was thinking if there are others from our general area who are wanting to place an order for chickens/ducks/turkeys but there is a minimum, maybe we could place a group order and then meet up somewhere to get our chicks. I was told by my local feed store that it would be May before I can get what I want. If anyone in our area is interested, message me or email me, maybe we can work something out.
