There are the buy/sell/auction area at the bottom of the main forum page as well. Great to have you here with us on he FL thread.

Wow, what a morning. silkies are sold and set to be picked up. Might have my D'Uccles sold, fingers crossed, and just sold 6 of my youngest brown egg layers to be picked up tonight! That thins the current flock nicely to allow me to expand and build pure bred flocks now through the fall. Egg customers will just have to adjust to the change in available eggs.

Had someone here on BYC from FL contact me about my search for a Sebastopol gander too for my new girl.

All in all a good morning so far.

LoL, I was about to pull my hair out two weeks ago thanks to 3 hens taking all the eggs. Good luck with your broody girls.

Here is our newest addition. Arrived this morning, and laid 2 eggs while traveling.

Hey everyone.. I have someone interested in purchasing my Lt. Brahma's but wants me to ship to Kansas. I have never shipped chicks (or eggs) for that matter. They are 3 weeks old so I know you have to send them overnight and with a special box or something. Does anyone have experience shipping chicks or have a "filtered box" I could have/use? Ideas and suggestions welcome.

Horizon boxes is the company that makes the boxes approved by the USPS, Some states require you to be NPIP to ship into them. Uumm no water in the box, but crumbles and cut up grapes help. Wish I could be of more help.
