I was amazed that my leghorns started crowing a few weeks ago. I knew they were boys but thought they wouldn't be crowing until they were a little older, lol.
I'm not getting anymore roos though (not on purpose anyway
)
Your guy is a good looking roo! His legs are grey? My roos's legs are yellow.

Hello fellow Floridians,
I have a gorgeous EE rooster that I must re-home. I am not allowed roosters in the city, otherwise I would absolutely love to keep him and breed him. Apparently he came out of a pinkish egg, but he has a pea comb and slate legs. Think of the possibilities!
Makes me want to move to the country to be a REAL chicken farmer! Here is the lovely boy:
I can come up to the White Springs chicken swap on Saturday if anyone wants to meet me there, or you can PM me to make different arrangements if you are interested.
Just a reminder for all you central, FL chicken nuts out there! Sat is the swap in winter haven, fl at my house. The link is posted in my signature in regards to location and times.....
I'm in the market for silkies and seramas right now. Looking for Black, Splash and showgirl silkies specifically (really need pullets), also want red silkies if anyone has some, and any class size serama (looking for seramas with good form mainly) in any color, also want some silkie and frizzle seramas any class. If you have hatching eggs of either breed let me know! I'm in Juno Beach/North Palm Beach and willing to travel up to 60 miles away. Also will be traveling north towards tallahassee soon and if anyone in between has any let me know!
