FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Hey, haven't posted in awhile--just cruise by now and again. But I thought I would say hi and post a new pic or two of our "baby" chicks.

This one is of four of the "babies"--they are in a row. The one by the rock is Cluckers--who is over a year old.

.....good thing is happening before I get any birds in there! Wish me luck! lol

The storm got all the way down here to Lehigh Acres! Whooooweee! It sure was strong! i thought for sure we would loose some trees but I went out afterwards and nothing was down or damaged even my still unfinished coop that wasnt anchored in any way

Hope nobody else got any damage!

Good to hear all was good after the storm passed. All critters got locked inside when they were here. Geese and ducks were so not happy having to go inside over night. Watching the news now, looks like we have new storms moving from the NW towards SE. Here is hoping everyone survives these newest storms.

Hope you fair well from last nights storm.

Wow what a T Storm...at one point I think the rain was not coming down, but it was sideways!! hahaha...but the good news is that the coop stood against the 40MPH winds ("they" said up to 60MPH...but I don't think it was that high by my house) and it was totally dry inside

....the run got wet on about 2' from the E (where the run door is) and 1' from the south and the rest was dry...including under the coop......so the girls will be ok and dry!!!

Too funny, our 160+lb Pyrenees howls when it storms. Rearranging holding pens today, time to get these chicks sorted and the oldest on the ground. Oh and just bought another breeding pair of call ducks! Totally addicted to calls I tell ya.
