Screens on coop windows. Dunks in any standing water to kill the larve, and x2 on the spray.

Thanks guys.. Screens just on the coops would work. Just buy a roll of it at Ace or something? I really don't want to spray chemicals if I can help it. I'll keep looking for natural ways to curtail them and if that doesn't work, spray it is.
