I AM SOO HAPPY!!!!!! Early this year my company decided to outsource most of our jobs, all but 2 of my team members were let go and I was to be laid off also. I was extended to help supervise another team until next years April, however, I was just informed that I will be retained with the company permanetly!!!!!

I'm almost as happy as I was when I got my 1st egg! hahahahaha

This isn't about chickens but about my big, old and awesome dog Xander. He has hurt himself (sprained his neck maybe) and is suffering from arthritis aches in this cold. Anyone local to me have a chunk of memory foam or the like I can have? I want to make him an orthopedic bed of sorts but cannot afford to buy supplies. I am also hunting an electric blanket.. hoping this will help him too.. thanks!!

I've had him since he was about 8 weeks old.. a shelter rescue.. My great dane Charlotte picked him out.. he was UGLY and runty and I was told he would be 30lbs max.. LOL.. anyway.. he's now 10+ years old and just a dear sweet dog... not trouble like the other one
