Jess, per SOP they don't lay green eggs, so writing on the shell or not it isn't what you think. I hope you didn't pay a high price for them. Tell your hubby to get you a copy of the SOP for your birthday, you will love the color images and all the detailed descriptions.

Nope didn't pay much.. they are mixed breed eggs.. so it could be a Aracauna mix.

I’m going to take a stab at this and just see what happens so please FL Peeps bear with me for a sec.

I’m looking for someone in FL near Alachua that would be interested in picking up some birds there and shipping them to me in La. I would be willing to pay a fee for this, with-in reason.

This is the deal….There is someone in Alachua that is holding an auction for a trio that I would like to get. She will NOT ship the birds. I really don’t want to make a 16 hour drive, but I might!!!…I’m not ruling that out yet. Anyway, I have a box already and if I were to win the auction, I could send you the box. I would then PP you some money for shipping (we would have to look into that) and for your services (going and picking up the birds, packing them in the provided box, then heading to your local Post Office and shipping them out Express to me). My only catch to all this is….. that I would like someone who is on this sight a lot and who has had a lot of activity, ie buying and selling stuff as well as posting on the different threads.

Soooooo…..anyone interested in talking? I still have a few days before the auction is over to work this out. PM me and let me know what you have in mind.

Oh and a big THANKS to all you FL peeps for letting me crash your thread for a sec or two!!! My wife is sitting here shaking her head telling me that this is never going to work….just gatta have faith!!!! LOL!!!!

Thanks again,
Chris
