I don't think so LOL. It's 4 x 12 for 23 chicks. The 12 Aussies and 2 EE mutts are in the other part and it's 8 x 12. I'll post an over head shot tomorrow. I got plenty or room if you want to send some of yours my way.

I would like a good Natured Well Mannerd Rooster for 5 large breed assorted "Teenage" Chickens (Hatched late Sept. early Oct.)
My young hens are...RIR., Buff Orp., Blk. Austrolp., Wht. Americana, & ! cute Sexlink. Personality & Well Mannered is IMPT.! Upon reading the suggestions made were Plymouth Rock or Americana...I know I would like an element of surpise added to my mix with a Rooster that is a Different Breed than My Hens (exception an Americana Rooster I Love those colored eggs & I used stand they are mixed mines White)

Going to a walk in coop complete with roosting perches laying box & 1/2 Sun Roof with a large yard & 6 ft. privacy fence.
Although I live in a residential Neighborhood the coop was there when I purchased the house & granfathered in with coop & chickens going back to @1979 of course ist's been maintained through out the years The privacy fence is a + & my Neighborhood also has a "Herd" of Beautiful Peacocks roaming that are loved or hated by the Neighbors (mostly loved & tolerated) & make enough nosie to distract anyone from a Crowing Rooster!

So goes my sudo name GAP56-Flying Low LOL

could add once only with the Rooster at the same time 2 Pet Raised Hens that are together &/or with the Rooster..

There's gotta be a Well Good Naured Pet Rooster for my Teenage Chickens out there somewhere! I could add a couple of Chickens to the mix when I add the Rooster if the Rooster comes with them I realise some have to relocate there pets ):

and to the Florida thread from Lake Wales. I have a 1 year old rooster but he is a Buff Orpington. He is not hatchery stock but bread from chickens I bought from two different breeders. I was going to keep him for my breeding program but my hens prefer his brother. Strange chickens LOL.

You have to get some Buckeyes from her. I just love the two I got from her at the swap. They are so curious and fearless! I have to go visit her soon, but I, too, am afraid of what I would come back with!
