Seems to be alot going on around Florida, but us NW Florida (Panhandle) People need to get something going. Swap meet or something of the sort. Just seems to be nothing in this area. I know we have many chicken farmers here, heck, I hear roosters crowing somewhere close by, but can't find them. I also know another person with chickens about a mile or so that has chickens, we need to get together.

Really a BBQ swap meets sounds good, lets throw some ideas and dates. Anyone know of any good places to meet?

Since this is the FL page...I have lots of chickies in central FL that need homes! Barred/Blue Rocks, Silkies, and Frizzles. Let me know if anyone's interested.

Also, I have quail eggs coming, but I don't know if I'm going to have room for all of them in the bator...too many chicken eggs! Let me know if anyone needs any!

Hi All,
I am IN Dunnellon, FL.

Started w/ 4 young Seramas, now have 4 Serama Chicks (2 weeks old, I hatched in bator) and 1 of the hens is setting on 7 of her and her sisters eggs

Looking for SIZZLES in our area or typie Silkies and Frizzles to breed, myself. Also looking for a baby (unknown sex yet) buff brahma for my brother-in-law, who wants a mating pair (I just incubated 1 buff brahma and gave it to him, so, he will soon need another

Would also LOVE to purchase some showgirl and cochin eggs to incubate.

Anyone close? Also, anyone want to trade for Serama chicks when the 7 eggs hatch ?

Its 1.5 hrs from me but could make the drive. For the milton area, we could have another for the imdeiate area. We need someone to set this up, (getting permission from T.S etc) I am not good at this. Lets get some input and git er done.

We had a great time at the show last year! There was a whole group of us from BYC who had the opportunity to meet each other and make new friends. That was such a highlight for me and I have looked many times at the pics that I took and that BYC's "NOSHOES" (Billy) took. I encourage everyone to come to the show and check out all the wonderful breeds of chickens. YOU WILL SEE THE BEST OF THE BEST THERE! You will also meet a lot of great folks that just love to talk chickens.
