I have 2 red eared sliders that I have had for about 13 years. They don't get along so they live in separate "houses".

Hay Yall, Im In Englewood Fl. And In A Few Weeks Ill Have some NN's (Naked Necks) NEEDING A new home. I mainly only need hens, but they were sent as packing peanuts With my new pullets. They are so cute, but I would rather give then to someone who needs them...

I have 2 hens? They lay blue/green eggs. One lays big ones she has a beard and earmuffs.
the other lays smaller eggs. The Roo is a RIR (so I think)
Between them came 12 chicks a few months ago. What was left after the hawks "removed" them is 5 pullets and one cockerel.
Now I am waiting on some Buff Orps. and a few other surprises.
Their protector is a very maternal Great Dane. And one older (lazy) Golden Retriever. All are rescues! And I luv them all. I am looking for some Donkeys and maybe later some goats. But for now I am just happy with my flock and await patiently for the arrival of little babies coming soon. Talk to you later!! Glad to know there are more Floridians out here!

*Hi kids-- One more Florida Fan of Feathered Fowl here; East coast, 2 blocks from the intercoastal. Miss Chook is "technically illegal to keep w/in the city limits"--- I could keep a warehouse of deadly venomous snakes -- but one little lone chickee is cause for a fine (to start)!! GO FIGURE!! A special " hi ya'll to cakkleberrylane who I read also has some former ferals-- CBL? ya got room for one more feral if'n they wanna put me in the pokie & throw away the key?? She's the just the sweetest & She lays eggs!!

I am in DeLand. I don't have any chicks yet but Tractor Supply is having a duck and chick sale this month and we are going to get like 3-4 chicks this coming weekend.
