Florida winter vs Florida summer ventilation

Windows in a coop. I live in central Florida and don't have to worry too much about cold but heat is a problem. If I put a couple of windows in the coop for ventilation will I need plexiglass or similar window covering to cut down the wind in Feb when it gets "all the way down" to 35F?

Nope. Unless you are keeping tropical breeds, 35 is nothing for our feathered friends.
