Flower or Flo??? That is the Question!

Hi there, we're new to raising our chickens. We have 4 in total and could go up to 6 as part of our by-law states however NO ROOSTERS are allowed within our city limits. That being said, I'm finding it hard to determine whether one of our beloved girls, is in fact a boy! Short of hearing him crow or her laying an egg...I can't tell. Can anyone help?
This is supposed to be either a Red Rock or a Cinnamon Queen. And she/he is about 10 weeks old.
