No, he's a white bantam frizzle Cochin x buff laced polish.

I need him! I had a frizzle roo. He was mean to his hens and mean to people. Mind you we got rid of this bird at a young age because he was hurting the hens. He needed more than three. After that we had two Cochin Bantam roosters in the same coop with 3 hens. They never fought and there was never any damage on the hens visibly. Obviously we got rid of one before fighting occurred. That was a hard decision. I ended up going with Little Big Shot who was more show quality. Here is my Frizzle:

If I breed them to my OEGB influenced hens though, the chicks look surprisingly a lot like d'Uccles.
