This morning I was checking on my quails and one of my hens had foam in her mouth. Is this really bad? What should I do?

I didnt have my phone and it went away but if it happens ill try to take a photopictures?
This is how their pen looks. They have a shelter, a small and a large dust bath, water and the green thing is their food which was a diy thing (it isnt pretty but it works well)Pictures will be really helpful. Not just of her, but her environment as well.
For some reason she's letting me pet her (she usually runs away when i pet her but she is cool with my company). She isnt being very active either. Is that okay? Is it possible that she accidently just got some of the male's sperm in her mouth?Your setup looks okay. If there isn't any more foam, I'd keep an eye on her and see if she develops any other symptoms.
That doesn't sound great. You might want to separate her from the others and keep her in a warm place with plenty of food and water. This will let you keep a better eye on her too.For some reason she's letting me pet her (she usually runs away when i pet her but she is cool with my company). She isnt being very active either. Would removing her from the others stress her out? That doesn't sound great. You might want to separate her from the others and keep her in a warm place with plenty of food and water. This will let you keep a better eye on her too.
