Unfortunately, foamy eyes like that is most commonly associated with MG or MS... I'd look into an oral antibiotic... see if your feed store carries sulfadimethox, oxytetracycline or Tylan even...

I used a soothing eye wash from Walgreens brand.

Quoting drug facts from box label:

Active ingredient is purified water(99.05%)
Inactive ingredients
boric acid, sodium borate and sodium chloride. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may be used to adjust pH. Perservativr addrd: edetate disodum 0.025% and so brix acid 0.1%

Have to find a vet soon because this duck hasn't been able to walk for 2 days. She stands occasionally and balances.

Poor girl! If you can, please do get her to a vet... that sounds much more serious than irritated eyes...
