Foamy Discharge from eye

I have a Tom turkey that has a foamy discharge from eye please help
Do you have any photos?
Does he have any other symptoms like mucous, coughing, sneezing, facial swelling?
Try flushing the eye out with saline, see if there's any debris in the eye causing the discharge. You can apply an ointment like Terramycin in the eye as well.

If he has symptoms of respiratory illness, then you can also treat with an antibiotic. Tylan would be a good choice.
@casportpony or @Huntmaster may be able to offer better suggestions.

Right now it’s not as bad as it usually is by night his whole eye has foamy discharge. Haven’t had any respiratory problems and give him the antibiotic do I give them an injection and if so how much

How long has he had the issue?

I'd first try flushing the eye really well with saline, removing discharge/pus/crust and applying Terramycin twice a day for several days to see if it clears up.

If it doesn't resolve or if he develops other symptoms, then treating symptoms with an antibiotic may be helpful.
Tylan50 injectable can be given orally. Dose is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days in a row.
You can also order Tylosin (powder) that goes in the drinking water.

Hopefully others will chime in with their suggestions as well.

Doesn't look like any nasal swelling or discharge and don't see anything with eye in picture.

I would watch it closely and also watch for sneezing. Other than that, I would continue with the good advice you have already gotten from @Wyorp Rock

I been giving Tylan orally and it hadn’t done anything

His eye has a little foam in the pictures. Usually with something like mycoplasma (MG) in turkeys there will be swelling around the eye and face. Make sure the coop has good overhead ventilation, no ammonia odors, dust or mold. Flush the eye with saline eye wash a couple of times daily, and use the Terramycin eye ointment. I had a hen once who had foam in her eyes at times, and then it would disappear. It did not respond to medication, and she never had any other symptoms. Have any other birds ever had a respiratory issue?

Better pic and we turned old tool shed to a coop turkey, ducks, and geese installed roosting bars for turkeys made windows that open and stuff
