His eye has a little foam in the pictures. Usually with something like mycoplasma (MG) in turkeys there will be swelling around the eye and face. Make sure the coop has good overhead ventilation, no ammonia odors, dust or mold. Flush the eye with saline eye wash a couple of times daily, and use the Terramycin eye ointment. I had a hen once who had foam in her eyes at times, and then it would disappear. It did not respond to medication, and she never had any other symptoms. Have any other birds ever had a respiratory issue?
Some of my chickens had respiratory issues but they got the tylan as soon as I found out bout it and all recovered good and my turkey's did end up with sinus infection over a year ago started with female eye swollen bad and gave them tylan 50 by injection and they got well quick
