One of my girls has a foamy eye and is sneezing a lot. I'm scared it might be a respiratory infection. What should I treat her with? No one else in her flock seems sick yet.

Sounds like MG from your description (Mycoplasma gallisepticum). It's not curable and if the bird survives, it will be a carrier for life. Tylan 200 injectable, if you can find it can be used to treat any secondary infections and will provide some relief of the symptoms.

Have you added any new birds to your clock recently? It does sound like possible mycoplasma or MG. Many feed stores sell Tylan 50 injectable. Dosage is 0.25 ml per pound given 3 times a day for 3-5 days. In chickens most people give it orally. Tylosin (generic Tylan) powder can be purchased online from jedds.com, and dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water. I would close the flock to any new birds. It can be common in some backyard flocks and in some wild birds. Here is some reading about MG:

Oh no. It's this a death sentence for her?? I have not added any new chickens to the flock in a few months. Should I treat the whole flock??

Thank you for the link. That was helpful. I think I will likely get the powder that goes into the water so I can treat the entire flock.
