Folks I need help!!!

We bought some baby chicks yesterday, about four days old, thought that all was well until last night. One chick had dried poop on its bottom. I got that cleaned off and hoped everything would be ok. Not, this morning it was kind of stumbling back wards and crying little peeps and not eating or drinking. It looks real weak now. I been giving it vitamin water and mashing up starter chick with the vitamin water, This chick is very small compared to the other ones. Is there any advice you all can give me to help. I don't know what else to do.

no, actully it's hanging its head down and won't open it's eyes either.
