Have been staying home for the past week. It is too hot to do anything 😫

In the supermarket, I saw mission tortilla sold there. I grew up eating some kind of burrito. It is flour tortilla but with some savory fried donut and eggs inside.

I don't have Chinese, but I think what the English means to say is the Dept of Agric recognizes just 3 egg standards: 1 standard (basic, normal, probably caged), 2 with some access to greenery (akin to free range here), and 3 organic (however that's defined there).

Thanks. The Chinese is unrelated, saying something like this is very authentic organic local eggs.
