Follow me to a trip to China

Oh I am not eating it, at least not today. I was simply interested in the menu.
Get dumplings and tell us how they taste.
We had a Chinese neighbor in California. When we moved, she made us dumplings. They were the best ones I've eaten in my whole life.
And, of course, there were never enough to satisfy me.
How is the trip so far?

I make decent dumplings. I'd make it for you.

After 41 hours of travelling (Wilmington, NC USA to Shaoxing, China), I am at my parents place.... I had lots of opportunities to update with photos but apparently BYC blocked all IPs from China? (If true, understandable)

I am currently on my computer with VPN. But the same VPN wouldn't connect on my phone...
Glad you made it safely! Keep us updated on your travels. Enjoy yourself!

You can attach a cable (your normal charging cable for your phone) with one end that connects to the phone, and another that connects to a USB port on your computer. It'll most likely ask you on your phone if you want to grant this device access to photos and videos, and you say "allow". Then, it will ask you which photos and videos you want to import. Choose the ones you wnat to import and I think it'll say "finish" and you click on it.

That's how I import my photos.

If Android, then you just have to find the folder using the file manager and copy and paste.

It was 330pm 6/7 local time when i landed Hangzhou, the capital city of my province Zhejiang. Chinese time zone is 12 hours ahead of us eastern time.

Hangzhou is right below Shanghai, both are on the east coast and mid/south ish. Zhejiang is probably the richest province in China. On one hand, it is like the silicone Valley of China, on the other hand, it also has many manufacturers.

For example, my hometown supposedly have the biggest textile/fabric exchange center, and many Arabs come here. The biggest manufacture city is Yiwu. Many dollar store stuff should come from Yiwu.

Thank you. I just didn't want to do that... but it was a fluke that my computer VPN connected. Now my phone VPN is connected.
