Do you mean the blood "island" (beginning stages of embryonic development) or blood "ring" (meaning the embryo has died)? That doesn't look like a blood ring to me, and at day 2, it could be the start of a blood island. These candling pics may be helpful.
I don't candle my eggs until day 7 because it's pretty clear by then what I'm looking at - there's not that much to see yet at day 2.

None are going to hatch. The temperature got bumped up and we had a couple of power outages so the temperature was pretty wonky. I candles them the night before lockdown and nothing looked like how they looked during our last hatch.
