Haha! You can do it! I am waiting anxiously for my Bobwhites to start laying, I have 2 really nice pairs and I really want to do a small scale breeding project with them. Their parents (these were shipped eggs so the seller told me) go broody all the time. I'd love to breed in some broodiness, and I'd love to work on the male's faces. I don't like the way a lot of Bobs look, and I really want to try and make some that I think look nice.No progress.............currently I am waiting for goat kids, baby rabbits, baby quail, baby turkeys, and these baby chicks. Not sure if I'll live through this![]()
It'll come, don't worry! Maybe when you wake up they'll be some little fuzz butts in there!Headed to bed, no progress................
I do too! I found it on a thread on here, it's the best. It is the home screen on my phone lolI LOVE that. So accurate. Except I have bright flashlight to look for pips so I'd look even more obnoxious![]()
Aw! I'm sorry yours isn't going well! I hope those three hatch, so sorry you lost one.I now have two baby chicks fully hatched. Three eggs still have not pipped and one egg pipped through a vein and did not make ittwo brown eggs and a green egg are left to hatch
I hope your hatch is going better than mine

What breeds are you hatching? That baby is adorableSweet baby cake that hatched last night/ early this morning![]()
So I don’t exactly know what breed. We bought the eggs for eating and when we drove away from the farm stand I saw a rooster out with the hens. I started up my incubator and threw some in just to see if they would hatch. Luckily I had an order from Meyer Hatchery that came yesterday so we have 7 chicks running around the brooder. What breeds are you hatching? That baby is adorable
