Food

She was hatched may 5.
Have four hens....but 2 eggs a day.
Started nov 4
Limpish.
Weak. No walk. Flops over.
checked her over...no obvious injuries.
Gave VetRx drop on beak.
1/2cc Tylan 50. 2x day
Water too
Ate immediately after she pooped in evening. Got better asap.
I figured constipation.
Monday...she's walking much better...eating ok.
Trying to run in small pen as a walk after her. Doing much better.
Put her outside in a pen with a coop friend for company. Eats, walks, etc
Happy.
Today, cannot walk, limpish, flops over.
Alert. Bright red Combs. Bright eyes.
Feels thin. No crop stuff.

I would go with your hunch it's constipation. It's that or she's got something much more serious going on.

Try giving her a teaspoon of oil, coconut oil, mineral oil, or olive oil. Then give her plenty of water. If you do not know how to tube her, you may want to learn. If she's skinny or dehydrated, and isn't getting enough food and liquid on her own, tubing her can save her life. https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...d-pics-for-visuals-very-detailed-post.805615/

By the way, what breed is she? I have a Cream Legbar that looks a lot like her.

Legbar cross I was told.
I fed her peas, rice (didn't eat), worms (didn't eat). Drank a bit water.
Now she's walking all over the place. Wobbly, but better.
Let out a big poo!
Active now.
I can try organic coconut...how much?
What els

Today she is back to being listless.
No poo, unless I massage her and then she strains to go. SUPER stinky...beyond coop stink. Foul! (Pardon the pun).
Corid and water and yogurt and peas and oats and Tylan 50.
Nothing is working. Not interested in eating today. Getting thin.
No walking today...all sit and fall over.
*Sigh*

Limp.
Non eating.
Leaning to one side.
However, she passed yucky smelling poo last night and then started to eat like crazy!

Her crop is empty.
On a good note, this a.m. I put her in grass and she ate and tried to walk away...sometimes makes it five feet, sometimes falls backward. I've given VetRx and Tylan 50 dose.

Can you take her to the vet?
Photos of the poop?
Has she ever laid an egg?

What are you massaging to get her to poop - the crop or her abdomen?
If the crop is emptying overnight, but she is still having a hard time pooping, then I would take a guess and say she has a blockage somewhere.

Have you felt her abdomen between the legs for any swelling, bloat or fluid?
She's 6 months old, correct? What does her vent look like? Have you checked just to make sure she doesn't have an egg stuck? Insert a gloved lubricated finger inside the vent about 1-2" to see if there is an egg.
