Foot feather thingy?

I've got a chick with this weird food thing and my firat thought was where are my tweazers? Thought I should ask first though for sure haha

Your chick just has some mildly feathered legs. Nothing wrong with that, it is quite common. I have some as well. Your chick is a mixed breed, correct?

Indeed. I got the eggs from a farm outside of town where she lets them all free range. I though it might be a growthe. It's only the one foot and one feather thingy. I have a white chick with side burns on it's legs. I just didn't know what it was.
