Foot injury? Swollen area between toes, what to do?

I have a leghorn with these two swollen areas between her toes, can anyone help or advise if there is anything I can do? They feel as if they are full of fluid, maybe infection?

Look up bumble foot, almost certain that is what it is. Basically a localized staph infection that needs to be soaked and cleaned out. There are some good how too posts on dealing with it.

OK I lanced open the two bubbles on my leghorn today. Lots of puss and infection came out, I was able to get what looked like a clump or small hard material out of each one as well. Can I soak the foot in some epson salt after doing the procedure? I want to keep it as clean as I can and hopefully the salt solution will help. Any idea will be great.
