I am pretty sure its not bumblefoot, Alice doesn't have any large or small circluar shaped bumps like all of the pictures that I have seen of bumblefoot. Its just this scaly skin on her toes, both feet. Some of her toes are starting to turn sideways when she walks or sits cause the scales are so long. None of the other 10 chickens appear to have anything remotely similar.

She also have what looks like a blister between her beak and her comb, it appears to be coming from the bottom of the comb. Its not super hard, but not soft like a blister would be.

Any thoughts or ideas on either of these things?

I know chickens can get scaly legs mites which cause the the scales to raise and look very rough. Alice may have mites, but I don't know for sure, and I don't know if it's related to the blister above her beak.

Look up the treatment for scaly leg mites. If she does have it, it is not a severe case so treatment early would help, and there are treatments that do not involve medications, so it will not hurt her if it's something else.

I'm sorry you didn't get more responses. Hope she responds to the treatment. You might want to check others for scaly mites too.

Keep an eye out for other symptoms, just in case.

Best wishes!
