Foot problem?

This is a picture of my gander from the rear. He’s standing on his left leg with his right foot up. Is this what a goose’s foot looks like? There seems to be a bump. He isn’t limping as far as I can tell.

That larger lump needs more examination can you get a better pic? My geese have bumps and as long as there isn't anything brewing in them like bumble foot I think it's pretty natural.
I’ll have to see if I can get closer. He likes having me close but doesn’t like being touched. I’ll look up bumble foot too. Thanks!
 
I would get a closer look at the area that looks slightly swollen, but they could just be resting. Mine like to pretend their flamingos and frequently stand in one foot. Yesterday Shine was even sleeping with beak underneath her wing standing on one foot.
Benedict stands (and sleeps) on one foot all the time too.
