So I have a Mille Fleur rooster and now a Silkie rooster who's feet have been a little weird lately. I'm not sure how to describe it, but I was wondering if there was a name for it, and prevention/cure of it?

Thanks!

That looks like a bad case of scaly leg mites. Get a tube of Nu-Stock and apply it to the legs and feet. Shake the tube well and wear disposable gloves when applying it.
It can be found in the equine section at a feed store.

Okay. I had been wondering if it was an irritation of some sort, or a mite problem. Once I noticed it on my Silkie I decided that it might have been more than just the rooster... Thanks!

I forgot to mention to apply the Nu-Stock on roosts as well, a thin coat is all that is needed.
