I do it for family and their birthdays...I o not get payed for them...I make all my cakes from scratch ...I make my own Fondant and gum paste..and I sculpt all my figures from EDIBLE material!

OMG! I would say your a professional for sure. Those are beautiful cakes. You should advertise and make money off of those cakes.

AC is new to me right now...

I've grown up without it during all of those hot summers, but hey my house was old. It isn't even usually hot where we live.

AC is a requirement here. I am in the Mojave desert. No AC = death.

My house has newly installed insulation. Once the heat gets in (maybe two or three days) it stays in until practically the start of winter

Google the mojave desert. Seriously, do it. This area is SOOOO full of wildlife and interesting plant life you will be amazed. It is really gorgeous here. Though hot as hell......
