Ugh.... the severe thunderstorm warning that was issued was canceled 10 minutes ago.... Go figure it's rumbling and lightening outside really nasty now. Nice timing

We had some bad storms yesterday evening and last night i really liked it...lol
i wish we has got some today but nope.. and i just knew i was gonna stay in all day today but i didn't..lol i ended up going to fix my uncles car then they all wanted to go fishing...so i went and since i have no work tomorrow they were like ( well lets go again tomorrow )... it's going to be 99 out side tomorrow i was like ummmmmmmmmm i'll get back with you on that one..lol

i hate when it's really hot out cuz it's all sticky and humid at night
really hard to sleep like that

Ya gotta admit, this heat is making the gardens GROW!!! I swear that everything I have has grown 5 in. just this week. All my tomatoes have blooms...I actually had to sucker yesterday. Went swimming again today and it was sooooooooo wonderful. Cold mountain stream, riding the rapids, loving the sunshine!

The lack of AC in many schools has been a major deterrent (in addition to many other things) to switching to a year-round schedule; least that was the case in MI and also here in PA. Unless the school has been built in the last 5-10 years, AC is rarely an inclusion. And oh how it is difficult to get anything done in a classroom when the temps and humidity creep; everyone is surly.
