Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

3/4 c. chopped salted peanuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. peanut butter chips

Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide mouth 1 quart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient.
Attach a gift tag with the mixing and baking directions (below).

1 jar cookie mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350*F. In a large bowl, cream the butter, egg and vanilla. Blend in the peanut butter. And the cookie mix and stir until the mixture is well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.



Orange Slice Cookie Mix

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c. orange slice candies, quartered and wrapped in plastic wrap


Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide mouth 1 quart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient.
Attach a gift tag with the mixing and baking directions (below).


1 jar cookie mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat the oven to 375*F. In a large bowl, cream the butter, eggs and vanilla. Remove the orange slice candies from the jar and set aside. Add the cookie mix and stir until the mixture is well blended. Stir in orange slice candies. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.



Grand Slam Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/3 c. brown sugar
6 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T + 2 tsp. cocoa powder
(clean inside of jar with a paper towel after this layer)
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour


Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide mouth 1 quart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient.
Attach a gift tag with the mixing and baking directions (below).


1 jar cookie mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350*F. In a large bowl, cream the butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add the cookie mix and stir until the mixture is well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
