IMO it could be mixed with one of countless breeds and there's no way of knowing for sure.

He might be some kind of partridge mix, maybe a blue laced red wyandotte mix (because of his comb).
The likeliest option is some kind of wyandotte crossed with a silkie. Both the comb, coloring, and size match a wyandotte.

He looks like a Blue Wheaten color-wise. Not sure what is in his mix, but he is real handsome.

I am very bad with breeds and breed standards. Its still a work in progress.

There is no way to know for sure, but I think All4Eggz has the best guess. The comb and coloring indicate a possible cross the a blue laced red Wyandotte.
