For The Warden - BLRW chick colors.......2 and 2 for mine.

I wanted you to know that of the four BLRWs I hatched, I am pretty sure I have 2 blues and 2 splashes. No black ones, and one of the splashes I could be wrong about. I am a neophyte so the only thing I am sure of is that none of them are black. How did yours breakdown by percentage?

Can you post pics? I will have a few hatching myself (hopefully) and would be curious to see what colors you suspect they are and correlating pictures. Thanks!

I will give it a go with pics today. I am pretty much a klutz with the digital camera!
I lost one of my splashes (?) last night. She had not been doing well and we have been babying her since birth in the hope she'd catch up, but she didn't.

The other is an identical color so.....
How did you determine sex on those. I would very much like to know. Mine are about 10 days behind yours I think.

Jeeze, my little BLRWs were freaks today. It was so hard to photograph them They kept running out of my photo box, probably because it was too hot. So I put them on the stove under the light! Haha, that was probably closer to the stove than they wanted to be.

Anyway, I think I have a pair of the lighter blue ones, a pair of the darker blue ones, and a single black. But I am clueless so here they are. Feel free to educate me!

p.s. By the way, the little blue turd in picture #1 is Sweet Baby, whose life I saved more times than I can count. She bit me repeatedly today.
