For Those Who Have Isa Browns

All girls! Mine are mixed shades of red too. One is about 50/50 white and red. One who I named Ruby is almost all gold. All were red/white mixed when they started feathering out.As Fred said, they are all different shades of red.

Here they are best guess on age ? I have them on puller grower for for 8 week birds, should they go back on chick starter?

Those birds (according to your picture sent on pm) are barely, barely 7 weeks old. As A.T. said, unless that pullet grower is 20% protein, I'd have them on starter (18-20% protein) until they are 13 or 14 weeks old. That's a good time to step the protein down to 15% to slow their maturity and early onset of lay. Too early of laying isn't good for them.

At the age of your chicks, higher protein is indicated as they are feathering like crazy at this point.
