for those who do not use an automatic turner...how do you turn them other than by hand..i hate to buy another turner, i was thinking of the egg carton thing, but i would just like to hear what everybody else does....

I use egg cartons - but I don't use wedges to prop the carton - I just turn by hand. I enjoy it, actually. I like a structured day, though, and I know it's not for everyone.

Mine are quail eggs so I roll them a smidge.
